5e Magic Item

The most terrifying tactic developed by the mercenaries of the Wasted Spire is the use of necromancy-imbued arrows. The Wasted Spire’s archers begin every siege by firing volley after volley of enchanted arrows over the city walls in the hopes of slaying even a single one of the defenders within.

Arcane Visor

Wondrous Item, Rare

As an action, you can activate the enchantment on this visor to outline up to ten creatures that you can see in glowing light for ten minutes. The light is only visible to you and you can see it through 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood.

Once you have used the enchantment, the visor loses power and cannot be used again in this way until the next dawn.

5e Magic Maul

Once, the Elftides were the home of a vast empire. Their people powerful and wealthy beyond measure. No longer. Now, the once great cities have been lost to time and salt and greed. Those who remain are often forced to turn to the one trade that still pays in gold. Reforging their anchors and selling death to the highest bidder.

You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon while within one mile of a body of water.

As a bonus action, you can make a ranged attack against a creature no more than one size larger than you within 20 feet. On a hit, the target must succeed on a Strength or Dexterity saving throw equal to your attack roll or else become grappled and pulled 10 feet towards you. You have advantage on attack rolls against the grappled target and can use your bonus action to pull them 10 feet closer to you.

The target can repeat the save on each of its subsequent turns, ending the effect on a success. While it remains grappled, you cannot attack another creature with this weapon.
