Said to be the spirits of witches who died at sea, these creatures are both feared and revered by the sailors who make their trade traversing the Wandering Sea.
The sailors speak in hushed whispers of eerie flames during the darkest watches and of finding a strange woman hanging off the taffrail. Many a rich man has traded a kiss to these foul ghouls in exchange for a warning about his future. Though, the sailors caution, many a poor man has died doing the same.
