Box of Tooth Fairies
Wondrous Item, Rare
This small metal box is intricately carved with scenes of sleeping children and teeth. It is slightly warm to the touch and has a small lid and a latch. Every few minutes, the box shakes slightly.
Once per week as an action, you can release 1D12 tiny imps who, upon being released, can be commanded to steal a tooth from an enemy. The imps take 8 hours to complete their mission. The target must make a DC10 constitution save. On a failure, they will have disadvantage on any attack roll made against the owner of the box for 1d6 days.
After 8 hours, roll a d20. On a 5 or lower, the fairies fail to return to the box and the item is destroyed.
