New Monster for 5th Edition! Qallupilluit

The Qallupilluit is a creature from Inuit folklore that is said to live in the freezing arctic waters and await foolish children who come too close to the shore or step on thin ice. They snatch children while they are alone and stuff them into their amautik before descending into the waters never to be seen again.
Sometimes, they can be heard knocking on the ice below your feet. Maybe testing its strength or maybe just reminding us that there is more in the icy depths than we know...

Ambusher. If the Qallupilluit surprises a creature and hits it with an attack during the first round of combat, the target takes an extra 7 (2d6) damage from the attack.
Amphibious. The Qallupilluit can breath air and water.
Drowner. The Qallupilluit scores a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 on melee attacks made against any creature grappled by it.
Actions:
Multiattack. The Qallupilluit makes two attacks with its claws
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6+3) slashing damage.
Sulfuric Breath. If underwater, the Qallupilluit can exhale a sulfuric charge. Any creatures within five feet must succeed a DC13 Dexterity saving throw or take 10 (3d6) fire damage. Being underwater doesn't grant resistance against this damage.
